Model Song Haena revealed the secret to securing her own home in Gangnam on Let's Go Go.
On the 26th episode of Let's Go Go Season 5, which aired in the afternoon, a special collection of ceramics by model Song Kyungah, her unique financial management, and a dress room that resembles a vintage boutique were unveiled.
Model junior Song Haena toured Song Kyungah's luxurious villa in Yongsan with MC Ahn Jung-hwan and Hong Hyun-hee, and mentioned the secret to creating her own home.
"I think Haena will do well in financial management," she noted, saying, "I only do deposits and savings. I have never tried coins or stocks. After subtracting management fees and loan payments, my biggest expense is just delivery food, followed by alcohol expense," and added, "Other than that, I save almost everything. It seems like I save about half of my income. I save 50%."
She continued, "I started working when I was 20 years old. Since then, my goal has been to own a home in Gangnam. Now I own a home in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam. When I was younger, I had no desire for cars or luxury bags. Everything was aimed at buying a house. Since I live alone, I bring my own lunch to the site, avoid taking taxis, and walk if it's a 30-minute distance. I also dieted and saved on transportation costs."
Hong Hyun-hee asked, "Now that your material desires have returned, is there anything you want to buy?" and Song Haena replied, "I bought cheap furniture, so now I have things I want to have," adding, "My next goal is to upgrade to a bigger house and move."
