Yang recently suffered significant losses due to rental fraud and closed his gym. He expressed his frustration over being told that the building was safe because it was in Gangnam District, only to receive an eviction notice four years later.
In various broadcasts, Yang revealed, "I have suffered losses of at least 1 billion won, including the 500 million won in deposit and facility costs," and he was choked up but is currently responsible for finishing the refund procedures for his members. He has already processed refunds amounting to 20 million won.
