Jung Hyuk said, "I can't afford not to invest. I wasn't well off since I was young, so I'm trying to live a life that increases my bank account. I shouldn't put all my eggs in one basket. I buy land, invest in real estate, and get into coins and stocks." He added, "I'm 35 years old, but I haven't bought a house. I purposely bought land instead. I think that was a great decision at the time. Everyone was buying a lot of real estate when the prices surged; it was 10 million won, but now it's down to 3 to 4 million won. The land has doubled. I have also been out to scout, and I found water. I bought it after a hot spring emerged."
"Have you ever failed at investing?" In response to the question, he said, "I have had both failures and many successes. The most memorable is when Bitcoin skyrocketed. This was back in 2018, so it's been a while. At that time, I was only doing modeling and not appearing on broadcasts, so I had less than 10 million won in my bank account. I fully invested 8 million won, and the next day it turned into the price of a used car, and by the following day, it became an SUV. It reached up to several hundred million won before everything fell due to issues. I held onto it, and then in the 2022 season, it came back again," he recalled.
Ahn Jung Hwan said, "I won't have to work anymore," expressing envy, and Jung Hyuk replied, "You have to work. These days, I'm buying gold. I've been buying it since the year before last, and it has risen significantly. When buying gold, you need to look at the global economy. In fact, there are great fluctuations and many issues, so I started buying gold two years ago, and it keeps rising. You can diversify your investments."
