Meanwhile, it was reported in February that Park Soo-hong and Kim Da-ye purchased a luxury APT. located in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The couple bought the APT. in joint names for 7.05 billion won, sharing the equity.
Most importantly, it was revealed that a bank collateral of 3 billion won was established during the transaction, and it is estimated that about 2.5 billion won of a home mortgage loan was obtained through this. Kim Da-ye stated, 'Since we purchased the house jointly with the Industrial Bank of Korea, we have to diligently pay the interest every month, so I am living a bit harder,' conveying the burden of the loan interest.
