KBS 2TV's new weekend drama 'Our Golden Days' (directed by Kim Hyung-seok, written by So Hyun-kyeong) is about 'everyone has golden days, whether in the present, past, or future, relating to these golden days that we meet in different meanings through a generationally resonant family melodrama.'
On the 25th (today), the team behind 'Our Golden Days' released stills of Yoon Hyun-min (playing Park Seong-jae), Lee Tae-ran (playing Ko Seong-hee), Park Seong-keun (playing Park Jin-seok), and Park Jeong-yeon (playing Park Yeong-ra), a family tangled in wounds and desires, heightening expectations for the story to unfold.
◆ A triangular romance of a chaebol third generation
In the drama, Park Seong-jae, portrayed by Yoon Hyun-min, is a perfect chaebol third generation who possesses everything: looks, personality, ability, and a wealthy family background. Despite having no lack of conditions to be envious of, he was raised as the son of a chaebol family with a cold atmosphere and longs for heartfelt warmth. Thus, even though Seong-jae knows that Ji Eun-oh (played by Jung In-sun) has been secretly in love with his best friend Lee Ji-hyuk (played by Jung Il-woo) for a long time, he naturally becomes drawn to her, who is cheerful and warm. Taking on the role of 'The Man from Nowhere' in this unrequited love, he will become the central figure of a thrilling triangular romance and showcase a definitive presence.

Ko Seong-hee (played by Lee Tae-ran) is a character with beautiful looks and insightful understanding of human psychology, who worked harder than anyone else to escape poverty. Ultimately becoming the wife of successful businessman Park Jin-seok (played by Park Seong-keun), she begins another move to solidify her position. Meanwhile, Jin-seok gradually becomes aware of Seong-hee's desires and starts to uncover the reality of the woman he trusted so much. The youngest daughter of the chaebol family, Park Yeong-ra (played by Park Jeong-yeon), depicts a fierce coming-of-age journey to find her identity. As Seong-jae's half-sister, she lives under the strict control of Seong-hee and is made into a 'promising new artist' like a puppet. However, after experiencing the feeling of rebellion for the first time in her oppressed daily life, Yeong-ra gradually finds her own path. Her longing for freedom, escaping from a life in a cage, is expected to evoke deep emotion and catharsis, leading viewers to support her.
