The group TOMORROW X TOGETHER proved to be a group equipped with narrative, visuals, and performance through their intense stage.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Hueningkai) showcased their diverse charms with performances of the title track "Beautiful Strangers" and the B-side "Upside Down Kiss" on the cable channel Mnet's 'M Countdown' aired on the 24th.
The five members enhanced the immersion with an overwhelming performance that added to the sweet melody and explosive accompaniment of "Beautiful Strangers." In particular, three distinct dance breaks thrilled the audience. "Upside Down Kiss" captured attention with a completely different atmosphere. The sensual lyrics expressing the desire to kiss someone even in a crisis of splitting in the opposite direction, along with the provocative choreography that maximized this feeling, drew focus.
The album 'Chapter of Stars: TOGETHER,' released on the 21st, is the final page of the 'Chapter of Stars' series following the previous work 'Chapter of Stars: SANCTUARY.' It deals with the story of saving each other and the world through the act of 'calling each other's names,' which is only possible when there is genuine empathy between them. It has received praise for its solid narrative and fitting music.
The visual content presented before the album release added to the immersion in the narrative. TOMORROW X TOGETHER has drawn attention with its unique visuals and concept adaptability with each album. This album has also been praised for providing 'concept catharsis' through photos and videos that visually interpret the message.
The performance of the title track "Beautiful Strangers" distinctly shows the team's identity thanks to member Yeonjun's participation in choreographing. The new release became a million seller by selling approximately 1.43 million copies on the day of its release alone. It has also achieved a hot response by topping the Hanteo Chart daily physical album chart for two consecutive days (Jul. 21–22).
