The group NMIXX has made it to No. 2 on Billboard's '2025 Mid-Year Best K-Pop Songs 25'.
On the 21st (local time), Billboard in the United States reported that NMIXX's mini album 'Fe3O4: FORWARD' includes the track 'High Horse', which secured the second spot on 'The 25 Best K-Pop Songs of 2025 (So Far)'.
Billboard noted that "NMIXX has definitely left its mark on the music scene through 'Fe3O4: FORWARD'. Among the tracks, 'High Horse' captivates listeners with its blend of minimalism and ascending development, swinging between tension and release. The delicate vocals of the six members stand out, and the explosive emotions in the latter part of the song are impressive, with lyrics that convey warm comfort. The theme of maintaining one's identity with pride gives insight into NMIXX's artistic direction."
NMIXX, consistently showcasing its vivid presence through the genre 'MIXX POP', which combines multiple genres within a single track, is drawing interest from K-pop fans both domestically and internationally.
On the 12th, NMIXX held its first fan meeting 'NSWER VACATION' in two sessions at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Korea University's Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, where they met with fans. In particular, they excitedly announced their first solo concert to be held on November 29th and 30th.
