K-pop is sweeping real-time music charts in the United States, Japan, and China.
The Hanteo Chart, the world's only real-time music chart, announced the Top 30 national charts for the week of July 3 (counting period from 14th to 20th) on the morning of the 25th. According to this, Huntrix and TWICE topped each institutional sector.
In the U.S. institutional sector, Huntrix's 'Golden' achieved an overall index of 23,766.08 points, securing the top spot for two consecutive weeks. Next, BTS's 'PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE - LIVE' (overall index 16,378.10 points) took second place, followed by BLACKPINK's 'JUMP' (overall index 11,443.33 points) in third.
In the Japanese institutional sector, the top song is TWICE's 'THIS IS FOR,' with an overall index of 17,574.01 points. Following in second place is BTS's 'PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE - LIVE' (overall index 14,663.14 points), and third is NCT Dream's 'Go Back To The Future' (overall index 12,843.23 points).
In the Chinese institutional sector, TWICE's 'THIS IS FOR' (overall index 40,139.86 points) held the throne. Following in second place is SEVENTEEN's 'HAPPY BURSTDAY' (overall index 32,039.15 points), and Huntrix's 'Golden' (overall index 31,766.73 points) came in third.
The national charts are based on the big data collection technology of the Hanteo Chart, which collects and analyzes K-pop data globally in real time to announce the chart, aggregated from the global data of K-pop artists based on each country's album, music, and social portal data. National charts are announced every Friday.
