When asked about his plastic surgery introduction, Jo Du-pal said, "First, I started getting plastic surgery in the second year of middle school and had double eyelid surgery three times. First, I had inline, then outline, then I did 'in-out', eyelid surgery on both sides, a tail surgery for my eyes, and I did everything. I had lower eyelid fat repositioning and had 'aegyo-sal' filler twice but dissolved it, and it was my third nose surgery. I had nose filler, dissolved it, had lip filler five times and dissolved it. I had mouth corner surgery, facial contouring, chin surgery, breast augmentation, full-body liposuction, and calf muscle removal," revealing a total of over 26 procedures and surgeries, which surprised everyone.
Hearing this, Lee Se-young exclaimed, "Wow, you went from head to toe," while Kim Ddol-dol asked, "So, is the calf the final step?" and pointed out that "you didn't go all the way down to your toes, but you did have your calves done," provoking laughter.
Following that, regarding the total expense, Jo Du-pal said, "Honestly, in the early days of YouTube, I had sponsorship, and after that, I did as much as I could with my own money, and I think it cost about 100 million won." Kim Ddol-dol marveled, "That's practically a luxury car?" When asked which surgeries were worth the expense, he replied, "Facial contouring. It's a very dangerous surgery, but I was satisfied with it anyway."
Regarding the most expensive surgery, Jo Du-pal said, "I received fat-dissolving injections separately. Those were incredibly expensive. I had them done all over my body. After the injections, I could really feel the weight dropping significantly. But the cost was about 25 million won. That was the most expensive thing I did."
Meanwhile, when the discussion turned to intimacy after surgery, Lee Se-young explained, "You have to wear a corrective bra for more than three months after breast surgery. You have to be careful about sagging and dropping. If you grab or move it tightly before it's formed, it can lead to misalignment."
In response, Jo Du-pal said, "That's why I fell behind. When I lie down, should I say my breasts are hanging to the side? There's a point after breast surgery when sexual relations are possible, which is a month later. I did that after that. But I guess it was a bit too intense. So now if you look closely, they hang a lot. But I'm not too concerned about it. It's only when I lie down."
Furthermore, about the reasons that led him to initially decide to undergo plastic surgery, he said, "I think I was born with a lot of interest in my appearance. I used to stare at the mirror throughout my school years. I found it fun and satisfying to see changes, and I researched what I could enhance to look pretty. After getting the surgeries, I ended up with a face that looked photoshopped." He added, "I like myself now. I was originally really overweight and often heard I looked like a pig. I thought maybe people hate me because I'm fat and ugly? That kind of led me to think that way. So, I underwent liposuction and fat-dissolving injections and various things, and I think that restored my self-esteem a bit."
Kim Ddol-dol expressed his grievances, saying, "I wanted to get prettier, but there are people who insult or leave negative comments just because I had plastic surgery ." Jo Du-pal noted, "There was a time when I had a lot of plastic surgery, and viewers scolded me, saying to get a grip, that I should stop now. Back then, I was caught up in paranoia, thinking, 'Why are they trying to stop me from getting plastic surgery?' I thought such crazy things. The most hurtful negative comment I received was, 'You're still ugly even after surgery,'" as he ended up shedding tears.
