"Criminal: A Man Who Transforms Every Day (hereafter referred to as Criminal)" Kai visited WayV's Ten and Seoul National University, sharing the secret of his success with EXO.
The representative entertainment program "Criminal" Season 6 from the multi-platform content production company OOTB (CEO Lee Hyun-sook) will present three special episodes during the summer vacation period, driven by explosive responses from subscribers, affectionately known as "Snacks." Each episode will feature customized guests, promising unique fun. In the first episode, which will be released today, the 24th, on the OOTB Studio YouTube channel, Ten, who is a direct junior from Kai's agency and made a comeback with WayV's 7th mini-album "BIG BANDS" on the 18th, will make a surprise appearance to showcase a special chemistry with Kai at the insect club of Seoul National University.
During this experience, Kai, the 'insect novice,' and Ten, the 'insect-friendly guy,' will reveal completely different sides of themselves while also showcasing unexpected chemistry, bringing laughter. Before visiting the club, Kai playfully handed a cockroach model to Ten to give him a hint about the club, to which Ten nonchalantly replied, "Isn't that too common of a joke?" displaying his calm demeanor. Surprising Kai by not being afraid of insects at all, Ten stated, "These days, people raise Madagascar cockroaches as pets. They look pretty," proving himself to be a fitting candidate for the insect club experience.
On the other hand, as they encounter a tarantula with an impressive appearance that the club members are raising, Kai is expected to have an exaggerated reaction, providing laughter. Additionally, Kai and Ten, following the recommendations of the club members, will embark on their first-ever edible cricket eating challenge; while Ten will comment that "it doesn't taste bad," Kai will grimace and realistically relay his experience, saying, "A cricket leg got stuck in my teeth," causing hilarity.
After that, Kai and Ten, who set off with the club members to Gwanak Mountain, will create warmth through their perfect chemistry during the insect collection activity. Instead of being afraid of insects, Ten will step up as the 'black knight' and hold the insects in his hands, prompting Kai to express gratitude by saying, "Thank you so much for coming today," blossoming a unique bromance. Also, as Kai begins to grow accustomed to the experience, he cautiously explores the insects hidden among fallen branches on the ground; upon discovering various types of insects, he will say, "This has the fun of 'drawing lots,'" and gets deeply immersed in the insect collection activity with a dopamine explosion.
Kai will also share a unique episode from his trainee days involving the 'money bug.' He reminisced, "There was a money bug in the basement practice room we used to practice in, and among the trainees at that time, there was a culture of intentionally not catching the money bugs," recalling past memories. Ten also chimes in, claiming, "If you catch a money bug, the money flies away," continuing the witty banter related to insects and providing delightful entertainment.
The insect club experience at Seoul National University, where Kai and Ten's dopamine levels soared, can be viewed today, the 24th, at 5 p.m. on the OOTB Studio YouTube channel.
