The SBS new Friday-Saturday drama 'Try: We Become Miracles' (written by Lim Jin-ah, directed by Jang Young-seok, hereafter 'Try'), which will first air on the 25th, features the unpredictable eccentric director Ju Ga-ram and the perennial last-place rugby team from Hanyang Physical Education High School rushing toward victory in the National Sports Festival. Director Jang Young-seok, who co-directed the drama 'Taxi Driver 2', and writer Lim Jin-ah, who was awarded the best work in the SBS Cultural Foundation's script contest, have joined forces, and a solid lineup of actors, including Yoon Gye-sang (as Ju Ga-ram), Lim Se-mi (as Bae Ji), and Kim Yo-han (as Yoon Seong-jun), is expected to deliver healthy energy.
On the 24th (Thursday), 'Try' revealed a steel cut of Ju Ga-ram (played by Yoon Gye-sang) who faced a crisis as soon as he started his job, capturing attention. In the released stills, Ju Ga-ram is seen looking sharp in a suit as he enters the faculty office. The smart appearance on his first day elicits smiles, while he displays a confident smile that indicates he is 'the one and only suitable candidate' for the rugby team director position at Hanyang Physical Education High School, attracting attention with his relaxed demeanor and extraordinary aura as a former idol star in the rugby world.
In contrast to Ju Ga-ram's relaxed expression, the images of the panicked vice principal Seong Jong-man (played by Kim Min-sang) and the shooting team director Jeon Nak-kyun (played by Lee Seong-wook) catch the eye. They are part of the forces pushing for the disbandment of the rugby team, making it an unwelcome situation for a new director to arrive at the perennial last-place rugby team. Hence, the vice principal Seong Jong-man, who is a candidate for the next principal and a powerful figure at Hanyang Physical Education High School, seems displeased with Ju Ga-ram's sudden appointment as he coldly glares at Principal Kang Jeong-hyo (played by Gil Hae-yeon), heightening the tension.
