The group EPEX showcases a romantic burst of musical color with its third regular album.
On the 23rd and 24th at midnight, EPEX released the second music video teaser for the title track "Thank You So Much" from their third regular album "Sohwa (韶華) Vol. 3: Romantic Youth" on their official social media and YouTube channel, along with a preview video containing excerpts of all eight tracks.
The highlight of the title track "Thank You So Much," revealed through the two teasers, conveys deep resonance with EPEX's lyrical vocals over pop-infused, acoustic sounds. EPEX also left a strong impression with a performance that embodies a coexistence of emotion and energy.
Additionally, the music video teaser for "Thank You So Much" conveyed a refreshing distinctiveness through EPEX's emotional acting, depicting the dazzling moments of youth. In particular, scenes of members building memories following Aiden, who sheds tears, drew viewers in. The wet rain, blue sea, and clear sunshine added to the summery landscapes.
Prior to this, on the 21st, the pre-released track "Picasso" featured EPEX singing about unrestrained aspirations inspired by Pablo Picasso. The vertical version of the "Picasso" music video, which maximizes EPEX's conceptual charm, has also received a hot response.
In addition, from the eight tracks, EPEX's romantic youthful stories can be found in songs like the densely packed and intense "Nothing Happened," the explosively charismatic "Romantic Burst," the amusing confession song "Dance with the Wolf," the warm harmony of "Counting Stars," the grand pop ballad "Whale Fall," and the lively interpretation of reckless adventure in "Pluto."
While continuously releasing high-quality regular albums and expanding their broad activities across Asia, EPEX plans to solidify their unique musical colors with this "Sohwa (韶華) Vol. 3: Romantic Youth." Along with comeback activities, EPEX will meet fans through their third solo fan concert "ROMANTIC YOUTH" in Seoul and Tokyo in August. Anticipation is building for their evolved capabilities to be showcased in domestic and overseas performances.
EPEX's third regular album "Sohwa (韶華) Vol. 3: Romantic Youth," which will firmly conclude the youth trilogy regular album series, will be released on the 28th at 6 p.m. Following this, EPEX will hold their third solo fan concert "ROMANTIC YOUTH" at KBS Arena in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, on August 23rd and 24th, and at DiverCity Tokyo on August 26th.
