Actor Ma Dong-seok's first entertainment program, 'I Am a Boxer,' is garnering attention as singer Kim Jong-kook and YouTuber Dex (Kim Jin-young) join the cast.
On the 23rd, a representative from tvN's new entertainment program 'I Am a Boxer' stated to OSEN, "Kim Jong-kook and Dex will serve as MCs alongside Ma Dong-seok on 'I Am a Boxer.'"
'I Am a Boxer' is a first-time challenge in entertainment for Ma Dong-seok, who debuted in the film 'Legend of the Wind' in 2004, marking his first attempt in 21 years. The show promises a spectacular experience reminiscent of Hollywood films, featuring a large-scale boxing survival competition that is expected to be a highlight of tvN's entertainment lineup in the latter half of the year.
In particular, 'I Am a Boxer' is a program that Ma Dong-seok not only appears in but also directly planned and managed. As a boxing coach, Ma Dong-seok currently runs a boxing gym. The actor, who has showcased action based on boxing in many works, including his blockbuster intellectual property (IP) series 'The Outlaws,' is attracting attention to see if he can achieve success in entertainment beyond films.

Producer Lee Won-woong, known for creating 'Steel Unit' and '200 million: Marriage War,' is teaming up with writer Kang Suk-kyung, known for 'Physical: 100,' to present the program for the first time at the end of the year on tvN.
