In the 39th episode of the full-fledged reality street food documentary 'Jun Hyun-moo Plan 2' (jointly produced by MBN and Channel S), which airs on the 25th, Jun Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube (Kwak Jun-bin) embark on a special feature about 'delicious eateries in a small city in Jeollado,' experiencing divine flavors at a local gukbap restaurant in Jangseong.
On that day in Jangseong, Jeollado, Jun Hyun-moo proclaims, "Today is a special feature on hidden eateries in small cities in Jeollado. We will be traveling to each eup or myeon." He then leads Kwak Tube to the Hwangryong Livestock Market, known as the 'mecca of cattle auctions in Jeonnam,' saying, "When you think of Jangseong, the first thing that comes to mind is 'hanwoo.' Can't you already smell the cow dung?" Upon arriving at the livestock market, Jun Hyun-moo, after looking at various cows, states, "The place we should head to, while listening to the sound of cows, is the official breakfast gukbap restaurant of 'Jun Hyun-moo Plan,'" and makes his way to the gukbap restaurant located right across from Hwangryong Livestock Market.
Immediately after, the two sit down at the gukbap restaurant that has been run for three generations and are served head meat and assorted gukbap. However, Jun Hyun-moo hesitates a little, saying, "It feels bizarre to eat gukbap right in front of the livestock market. This is my first time feeling this way." But after tasting the soup a few times, he exclaims, "It's really delicious. Game over. This is the best gukbap I've ever had on 'Jun Hyun-moo Plan.' It's Michelin star quality!" Kwak Tube also compares it directly with Busan, the 'holy place of pork soup,' expressing a hoped that others from Busan would come to try it.
