Amazon Prime Video X TV CHOSUN X Coupang Play's 'Confidence Man KR' starring Park Min-young is creating overwhelming immersion with its dazzling 'microsecond transformation show', which has sparked strong reactions immediately after the release of its 'first teaser'.
The drama 'Confidence Man KR' (written by Hong Seung-hyun, directed by Nam Ki-hoon, produced by TMI Group) is a caper comedy about three con artists with versatile abilities seeking revenge against the villains of this era. The story of the three con artists, who are not purely good, offers catharsis and heralds the birth of a 'K-caper' that will shake up the drama scene in the second half of 2025.

It opens with the back view of a woman in a neat hanbok with her hair tied back, accompanied by the phrase 'Those who have sinned should not go to hell', and at the same time, as I-rang's shoulder tattoo is subtly revealed from under her jeogori, the line 'You have to make them taste hell in this life' introduces I-rang's face. Following this, I-rang's cold gaze on a wall filled with thick incident reports arouses curiosity.
As the scene shifts, the phrase 'sweet' appears, and I-rang, with a dazzling smile, appears dressed in a red dress, dancing with someone while saying, 'I can't live losing.' Then, accompanied by the phrase 'dangerous', I-rang's confident voice follows: 'I won't overlook just because you're a man', and she throws the men aside in her elegant retro-style dress. Ultimately, after saying, 'As long as I don't kill you, right?', I-rang points a gun somewhere, causing James (Park Hee-soon) and Koo-ho (Joo Jong-hyuk) to exclaim in unison, 'Are you crazy?' while I-rang bursts into joyful laughter.
