'National hip-hop daughter' Young Posse is paving a new way with a personal story.
Young Posse (Jung Seon-hye, Wi Yeon-jeong, Ji Ana, Do Eun, Han Ji-eun) released the tracklist for their fourth EP 'Growing Pain pt.1: FREE' through their official SNS at midnight today (22nd).
The revealed tracklist image catches attention as it is decorated with quotes freely scribbled by the members along with the credits for each song. Phrases exuding bold confidence such as, "Just leave me alone!", "We are another one!", and "This is Young Posse" increased anticipation.
According to this, 'Growing Pain pt.1: FREE' will include a total of 7 songs, including the title track 'FREESTYLE,' 'YSSR,' 'ADHD,' 'School's Out,' 'MON3Y 8ANK,' 'soju,' and 'Same Shit 中 Another One.'
In particular, following their previous works, this album also stands out for its high participation from the members. Young Posse has all members credited on the title track 'FREESTYLE' and the tracks 'ADHD,' 'soju,' and 'Same Shit 中 Another One.' Moreover, Wi Yeon-jeong and Ji Ana participated in the composition of 'soju,' while Wi Yeon-jeong and Do Eun contributed to the composition of 'Same Shit 中 Another One,' showcasing their evolved musical capabilities.
'Growing Pain pt.1: FREE' is the new album Young Posse presents about five months after the release of their special album 'COLD' in March. Having primarily showcased tracks based on the authentic hip-hop genre since their debut, Young Posse, known as the 'national hip-hop daughter,' is embarking on limitless leaps with a personal story.
Meanwhile, Young Posse's fourth EP 'Growing Pain pt.1: FREE' will be released on August 14 at 6 p.m. through various streaming sites.
