SHINee member ONEW revealed his "twisted self."
ONEW uploaded a video titled "ONWVS Lee Jin Ki Exploration Area" on his official YouTube channel on the 21st.
The released video features content exploring how different selves respond when given the same questions for the artist "ONew" and the person "Lee Jin Ki." ONEW, showing a serious attitude in his work, elicited laughter with answers from both him and Lee Jin Ki, who has a somewhat quirky personality.
In particular, when asked, "If you had to describe your 2nd regular album 'PERCENT' in one word?" ONEW answered "number," while Lee Jin Ki answered "pastry," which caught attention. ONEW explained, "I wanted to quantify the variables in expressing and accepting emotions," while Lee Jin Ki noted, "I wanted to convey the richness of layered emotions."
Additionally, ONEW answered cheerfully and sincerely about everyday topics, including keywords related to the album such as "the moment I felt most free," "my recent worries," "the thing I've liked the longest," and "my favorite track," receiving great responses from fans. When asked, "What kind of person do you think you will be after this album?" ONEW answered, "I think I might be a little more grown up," increasing anticipation for his future endeavors.
ONew will hold a world tour titled "2025 ONEW WORLD TOUR 'ONEW THE LIVE : PERCENT (%)'" starting in Seoul on August 2-3, visiting 16 cities worldwide. Following Seoul, ONEW is set to meet global fans in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Tokyo, Kaohsiung, São Paulo, Santiago, Mexico City, Paris, London, Madrid, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Tilburg, Warsaw, and Berlin.
