"Zzanbro" featured Sistar's Bora and Soyou sharing their difficult family stories.
A video titled "Sistar Bora, Soyou {Zzanbro} EP. 102 The story of NPC in the Sistar Club! Pick up on it, brothers!" was posted on the 21st.
On that day, Bora also expressed her deep thoughts about acting. "After my contract ended, I intentionally didn't seek anyone out. I broke down mentally on set and thought, 'Is this really my place?' which brought me to tears." She shared her feelings of being at a crossroads, saying, "I seem like the type of celebrity, but do I really have to continue doing this? I feel like I could be good at other things too, but I don't know what to do."
In response, Shin Dong-yeob noted, "The profession of being a celebrity seems to present such dilemmas," and Bora added, "My friends around my age are experiencing similar times. It seems like a time for change after passing through the glorious twenties."
Her stories from childhood also caught attention. "Between my third year of middle school and first year of high school, I lived in an unfinished house. There was no wallpaper, and there were no windows. My dad and I made a frame with wooden planks and created windows out of plastic. Yet, I didn't think I was unhappy. I even brought friends over and boasted that I lived in a place like this. When it snowed on the cement floor, we even sledded on it," she said with a smile.
However, she expressed her honest feelings, saying, "I don't remember well how I lived with my family back then. I wonder if I intentionally erased those memories because I didn't want to remember them, but now I want to recall that time." She added, "It seems like my parents lived apart to provide us a house, and now that I am of that age, I can empathize with their struggles," sharing her affectionate feelings towards her parents.
Soyou also recalled her difficult childhood, saying, "There was a time when our house was flooded due to the cicadas (typhoon)."
