In particular, during the 11th and 12th episodes, Kim Jung-woo resolved old emotions through heartfelt conversations with Chae Seo-young (portrayed by Lee Seol) and understood the situation of Lee Da-eum (portrayed by Jeon Yeobin), making the most of the opportunity to finish 'White Love.' This growth captivated viewers' attention until the very last moment.
Seo Yi-seo proved her broad acting skills that have grown even further through the delicate emotional performances she displayed in 'Our Movie,' raising expectations for her future activities. As she left a lasting impression on the home theater with her efforts to deepen her character, Seo Yi-seo delivered a heartfelt Q&A reflecting her warm sentiments on the conclusion of 'Our Movie.'
Here is Seo Yi-seo's Q&A.
Q. 'Our Movie' has reached its conclusion. What are your thoughts on finishing this work?
While I always feel the same when a project ends, this one felt particularly special to me. So I feel regretful, and it doesn't feel real that it's over.
Q. In this work, you played a three-dimensional character where delicate emotional expressions are highlighted regarding your pure love for your girlfriend Chae Seo-young and your vigilance against rival Lee Je-ha. What was the most important element you focused on to express Kim Jung-woo's complex emotions?
When I first received the script, I felt that Jung-woo was more honest with his emotions than anyone else. He wants to be a supportive figure for Seo-young, but ironically, he exhibits insecurity and is swayed by his feelings. I wanted to honestly show the human side hidden behind his outward appearance and his fluctuating inner self.
Q. The story unfolds with the setting of filming the movie 'White Love' and involves various actors collaborating together. What was the atmosphere like on set, and how was the rapport with fellow actors?
It was a set where colleagues and staff members shared a deep affection for the work. In particular, the seniors meticulously guided the actors to adapt well to the scene and provided a lot of help. I learned a great deal during that process, and I believe this project has become an important turning point in my acting career.
Q. What do you think are the attractive points of the character Kim Jung-woo in 'Our Movie'? How would you rate the sync rate between yourself and Kim Jung-woo's character?
Seeing Jung-woo long for affection from Seo-young, I thought he was a purely innocent person. I believe his honest yet clumsy aspects in love resemble me to some extent.
Q. Are there any genres or roles you would like to challenge yourself with in the future?
Up until now, I have acted in realistic characters. In the future, I want to experience various roles such as historical dramas, action, and fantasy, proving my possibilities as an actor and expanding the range of my expressions.
Q. 'Our Movie' concluded with warm emotions and a lasting impression. What kind of work do you hope this will be remembered as by viewers?
'Our Movie' has been a work that allows us to share how precious small moments in daily life can be. I hope viewers can take the time to reflect on their own lives and feel the warmth of those around them once again.
Q. Finally, please share a message for the viewers who have watched and loved 'Our Movie.'
Thank you so much for watching 'Our Movie' until the very end and for sharing your feelings with us while laughing and crying together. Thanks to your attention and love, I believe this work was completed in a warmer way.
