The recent situation of the cartoonist Yaongi, who was embroiled in a tax evasion controversy, has been revealed.
On the 21st, Yaongi shared a few photos along with a message saying "I am doing well and living well" via their social media account story.
In the photos, Yaongi shared a mirror selfie that gives a glimpse into their recent move to a new studio and their current well-being.
Yaongi boasted goddess-like beauty and a slender figure, similar to a character from "The Face of Goddess." Wearing a beige sleeveless top paired with jeans, Yaongi created a pure atmosphere with long straight hair while also flaunting a thin waistline and hip line, exuding a sexy charm.
It has been a long time since Yaongi's recent situation was disclosed, which was made public in January of last year. Earlier, in February 2023, Yaongi faced allegations of tax evasion. After it was revealed that they transferred copyright to a corporation they established in order to distribute income and avoid tax investigation, Yaongi apologized, saying, "On November 16, 2022, a tax investigation into my one-person corporation was conducted, and I sincerely participated in the investigation, resulting in acknowledgment that there was no personal use of my corporate card or vehicle. However, there are some items that were improperly handled for which taxes were imposed. This is certainly my responsibility, and it is a mistake that occurred due to a lack of attention. I will take the reprimand seriously."
Yaongi's husband, artist Jeon Seonwook, also said, "I can confidently say that they never acted solely for their own benefit and always considered others more than themselves. They are not someone who acts deliberately or calculatedly for small gains. Both of us have lived a life focused only on drawing cartoons, and through this incident, we are learning much more. We will continue to correct our shortcomings and strive to become a more mature and growing couple."
One year after the tax evasion allegations, in January 2024, Yaongi, who had previously shared their recent status while preparing a new work with the message "COMING UP NEXT," revealed their situation once again 1 year and 6 months later, flaunting their enduring goddess-like beauty.
Meanwhile, Yaongi married Jeon Seonwoo in 2022 and has a son from a previous marriage.
