According to reports on the 21st, Ha Jung-woo recently received a request on his social media from a fan with the surname Choi to 'give me a nickname,' to which he replied with the comment 'Choi sex enhancer.' This revelation sparked controversy in online communities over his inappropriate remarks. Ha Jung-woo has since deleted the problematic comment.
His agency, Workhouse Company, issued a statement that day, saying, 'We deeply apologize to the individual who felt uncomfortable due to our artist (Ha Jung-woo)'s social media.' It added, 'The actor also reached out to the fan directly to apologize and have a discussion. We promise to be more cautious and deliberate in our communication with fans moving forward.'
