'Husband's House 2' actor Park Young-kyu informed his 25-year-younger wife Lee Eun-joo about important documents ahead of his health checkup.
In the episode aired on the 19th, KBS2TV variety show 'Husband's House 2' depicted 73-year-old Park Young-kyu, who was preparing for a health checkup, as well as Park Seo-jin, who got tricked by the term 'chon-gangs' and ended up doing hard labor with Lalala Lee Myung-hwa.
Park Seo-jin, pleased by Park Hyo-jung's words, willingly went to find a pension and barn, but soon realized he had been deceived. Park Seo-jin exclaimed, "Shouldn't chon-gangs involve barbecuing and boiling corn? I was a fool to truly believe you. Why are you making me work on my day off? You handle it yourself. I don't want to know."
Then Lalala (Lee Myung-hwa) appeared. Lalala, who played various characters such as a monthly rent-collecting head of the neighborhood association, a mother-daughter spa owner, and a stationery store owner, enjoyed immense popularity to the extent of releasing an album. He was also Park Seo-jin's favorite YouTuber.
Park Seo-jin commented, "I really like Lee Myung-hwa's honest personality. Saying things like 'If you're not losing weight, it's because you're eating too much' is wonderful," as he smiled happily, but soon became despondent upon realizing he had to clean the cow barn. The vast amount of cow dung inside the barn was indistinguishable from the dirt and straw. Park Seo-jin said, "They said it was healing, but the moment I saw the pile of dung, I wanted to bury Park Hyo-jung." After cleaning the rabbit and chicken coops, and collecting eggs from the chicken coop, he said, "It was surprisingly a different kind of healing, not really thinking about it too much," and smiled warmly.
Meanwhile, Park Young-kyu had his health checkup at the age of 73. The reason he decided to change his mind, despite never having undergone a national health checkup before, was due to the continuous persuasion from the production team. Park Young-kyu stated, "It's my first time having a colonoscopy. It's tough, trying to experience this for the first time in 73 years," as he already looked drained.
The diet for a few days and the need to empty out the bowels made the examination a huge ordeal. Park Young-kyu felt his temperature rising. He said to his wife, "Honey, can you live on your own without me? How can you live with you and the two daughters?" breaking his wife's heart.
Then Park Young-kyu remarked, "There's a safe over there. Aren't you curious what's inside?" and said, "The number and various documents are all inside there." In response, Baek Ji-young and others said, "That safe can only be opened by Park Young-kyu," surprising everyone.
Next to Park Young-kyu, after the colonoscopy, there was a paper stating that a polyp had been removed. The doctor said, "It was good that we did the colonoscopy. There was a polyp about 6 mm. According to the endoscopic findings, it seems to be a pre-cancer stage. If it had been left for another 2 to 3 years, it wouldn't have been good. It's just before cancer," showing the polyp, which was obviously quite large.
The doctor mentioned, "This entire thing is a polyp, and it's very likely that it's an adenoma. We sent it for a biopsy. If it confirms it's an adenoma, you'll need to have another colonoscopy," which brought a sigh of relief.
