Broadcaster Kim So-young revealed the master bedroom of her new home, showcasing a realistic "online housewarming party."
Kim So-young shared on her social media on the 19th, "Today, I will introduce the master bedroom. In fact, there haven't been many changes in furniture or household items since my newlywed days, but there are some parts that have changed since moving this time," sharing stories related to self-interior design and newlywed furniture.
In the published video, Kim So-young explained, "The master bedroom has become the smallest since moving in," adding, "But we tend to read a lot before sleeping, so we have reading stands on both sides of the bed." She also shared that books she is reading are stacked beside the bed like a buffet, and it's her routine to read one book at a time before falling asleep.
She particularly pointed out the "birth of the vanity" as the biggest change after moving. Kim So-young said, "This mirror was bought by my husband before we were married," adding, "At the time, it was too expensive for my salary, so I hesitated, but my husband bought it. I've been using it well for over 10 years now."
She also mentioned, "There haven't been many furniture changes since marriage, but there is one that I changed for a really large sum. It's the bed," and added practical advice for newlyweds, saying, "Don't think you'll always be cuddling. Make sure to buy a big bed."
Meanwhile, Kim So-young married her husband Oh Sang-jin in 2017 and has transitioned to a freelance broadcaster after leaving her job, actively engaging in various fields including running a bookstore and curation business.
Recently, reports emerged that the couple Kim So-young and Oh Sang-jin sold a building in Hannam-dong, which they jointly purchased for 2.3 billion won in 2017, for 9.6 billion won, recording a capital gain of about 7 billion won.
