The restaurant management philosophy of Park Jin-Young, featured in 'Crazy Rich Koreans,' has been revealed.
The episode aired on 20th on KBS2 'Crazy Rich Koreans' and showcased the special daily lives of representative Yoon Jun-Woo, who resembles Ha Jung-Woo, and vice president Choi Jae-Woo, who resembles Lee Mu-Jin, along with their MZ generation partners, operating one of the most popular restaurant establishments in the middle of New York City.
The 'Crazy Rich Koreans' introduced this time featured 35-year-old representative Yoon Jun-Woo and 34-year-old vice president Choi Jae-Woo, who operate the 'Gisa Restaurant' located at the southeast corner of K Street in New York.
Representative Yoon Jun-Woo said, 'I got into the food service industry after working as a server at the restaurant opened by JYP Park Jin-Young in the United States. After being promoted to manager two years later, I worked tirelessly in the food service industry.' He reminisced about 'CEO' Park Jin-Young, saying, 'He absolutely did not allow MSG. He was a thorough and meticulous CEO.'
Representative Yoon Jun-Woo mentioned about the opening of the restaurant, saying, 'I immigrated when I was 10 years old, and I have memories of going to restaurant establishments and old stores with my father. I felt a warm atmosphere overall, and hearing that such places are disappearing nowadays, I thought that if I could succeed with a restaurant in New York, perhaps the next generation would carry it on.'
