BLACKPINK has rewritten K-pop history once again by topping the Spotify Top Song Global Weekly Chart with their new song "Jump."
According to YG Entertainment, BLACKPINK's new digital single "Jump" ranked first in the Spotify Global Weekly Chart announced on the 17th (local time). It is the second time they have reached the top of this chart, following the title track of their second studio album "Shut Down," making it a record for the first and most by a K-pop group.
The streaming numbers are also outstanding. "Jump" has achieved the highest figures among songs released in 2025, racking up 44,759,923 streams in just one week. This proves BLACKPINK's strong global influence once again.
BLACKPINK set a new record for the most number one songs among K-pop groups on the 12th of this month, and they have maintained their position at the top for six consecutive days. Their dominant status on Spotify, the world's largest music platform, showcases their brand power, firmly establishing them as "global top artists."
BLACKPINK has also achieved remarkable results on the UK Official Chart. According to the Official Singles Chart announced on the 18th (local time), "Jump" has secured the 18th position, landing in the top 40. This is BLACKPINK's highest ranking based on their released songs and marks their ninth chart entry overall.
Living up to the title of "YouTube queen," their activities on YouTube are also notable. The music video for "Jump" became the "most viewed video within 24 hours" shortly after its release on the 11th and swiftly rose to the top of the global YouTube daily trending music videos chart, maintaining its throne for the seventh day.
Additionally, they are showing remarkable results on other music charts. "Jump" has topped iTunes song charts in a total of 61 countries, including the United States, and is maintaining its best ranking on domestic platforms such as Melon, Genie, and Flo, indicating a prolonged period of popularity.
