Kian84 has started studying Japanese.
In the episode of MBC's 'Home Alone' that aired on the 18th, Kian84 showcased a miraculous word association method while studying Japanese, causing laughter around him.
That day, Kian84 said he was inspired to start studying Japanese after watching his role model, Jun Hyun-moo. Kian84 learned by asking Gangnam about things he was curious about regarding Japanese. Additionally, Kian84 shared his own method of memorizing Japanese words, causing laughter around him.
Kian84 was studying Japanese sentences while organizing what he wanted to say to his idol, manga artist Junji Ito, and received help from Gangnam. However, Kian84 said, "Gangnam doesn't speak Japanese very well. But still, talking together helped a lot," and he mentioned, "If it were someone who was much better than me, I think I wouldn't have learned well because I would feel looked down upon."
Kian84 prepared a meal for Gangnam. Kian84 said, "I went grocery shopping today because I knew you were coming." Gangnam enjoyed the meal, saying, "It tastes good eating like this."
Gangnam asked, "Are there no friends around here?" Kian84 replied, "Have you not heard of Key or Cocoon?" Gangnam responded, "I became successful because of senior Key. Back when I was doing music shows, the Director General asked me to eat together. He said I was really funny and that someone like me should be in entertainment. It was then that the Director General saw me and I was cast in entertainment."
In response, Key said, "I only said one word. The Director General and everyone saw it positively." The members of the Rainbow community joked that Key is Gangnam's entertainment father.
Gangnam advised Kian84 to watch anime. Kian84 said, "I will study hard, so let's go to Japan together. Let's take Gibeom too." In response, Gangnam laughed, asking, "Who is Gibeom?" as he did not know Key's real name.
Kian84 said, "By the end of this year, I want to memorize and speak fluently in Japanese. Regardless of which Junji it is, I want to try having a conversation."
