Lee Si-young shared updates on her trip to Disneyland in the United States with her first son, which she announced following her second pregnancy.
On the 18th, Lee Si-young released a photo of her and her son Jeong-yoon having fun at Disneyland in the United States.
In the released photos, Lee Si-young is seen holding her son's hand while watching the Lion King performance, or lifting her son up to explore various places in Disneyland. It is surprising to see her carrying her first son even while pregnant with her second child.
Additionally, Lee Si-young shared photos of herself enjoying Disneyland in a Mickey Mouse uniform while her son wore a Donald Duck t-shirt, indicating that it was a joyful trip. Lee Si-young noted, "It feels like we've come to Africa to see the animals with the scale, and it's just like being in the movie Avatar. We need to rush to ride the Avatar attraction right after the opening."
Lee Si-young also shared a tip, saying, "The Lion King performance was the most impressive. There's not much difference between the middle seats and the back seats, but if you sit in the very back, you can stand and watch." Lee Si-young mentioned, "I walked for 12 hours over two days, and my feet hurt so much that I wore my Ritasox on the last day. I should've worn them from the start," adding that even after walking for 12 hours, her feet felt light and fresh.
Meanwhile, Lee Si-young announced her divorce from her businessman husband, who is nine years her senior, after eight years of marriage last March. Just about four months later, on the 8th, she revealed that she is pregnant with her second child from her ex-husband.
She stated, "We were preparing for our second child through in vitro fertilization during our marriage, but as time passed without implantation, discussions about divorce naturally occurred. As all legal matters were being settled, the expiration date of the five-year storage of the embryos approached. After deliberating on whether to dispose of them, I decided to proceed with the implantation myself."
Lee Si-young added, "The other party did not agree, but I will fully take responsibility for the decision," and stated, "I didn't want to repeat the regrets I felt through Jeong-yoon, and this made me reflect once again on the reason for being a 'mother.'"
Regarding the second pregnancy, her ex-husband stated, "It's true that I did not agree to the second pregnancy. However, now that we have a second child, I intend to fulfill my responsibilities as a father."
