On this day, Jun Hyun-moo visited his favorite galbi restaurant. He noted, "I considered looking for a new place. But the restaurant I often go to is so delicious," and immediately called the owner. The owner gladly allowed filming.
Jun Hyun-moo asked, "Who is your favorite trot singer?" The owner hesitated and then said it was Lee Chan-won. Young-tak, pretending to be Lee Chan-won, made everyone burst into laughter. Upon seeing the actual Young-tak, the owner remarked, "I thought Lee Chan-won was busy with his broadcasts while Young-tak might be too busy writing songs," which drew laughter.
The owner, known as a master of galbi, said, "In the Joseon Dynasty, galbi was called 'gari-gui.' Continuing the tradition makes one a master, so I received the designation of 'gari-gui master,'" and added, "On weekends, about 4,000 customers visit, and around 150 staff work."
The owner said, "We layer salt seasoning. We only season with salt," and added, "Seasoning with salt makes it light. It's different from soy sauce seasoning."
The owner remarked, "At first, it was so tough that even the electricity was cut off. But I was very grateful for the customers coming in. I wanted to serve them well, which led to an increase in the number of side dishes," and he noted, "I am still grateful to the customers who come regularly. I live every day in gratitude."
Jun Hyun-moo, Kwak Tube, and Young-tak marveled at the taste of the fresh galbi. Kwak Tube said, "It has a flavor reminiscent of the pungent cheese I had in France," to which Jun Hyun-moo replied, "Have you finally come to know that taste? This place has the most pungent meat aroma among the meats I've eaten. The juiciness can't be this plentiful."
Meanwhile, that day, Jun Hyun-moo asked Young-tak about his views on marriage and his ideal type. Young-tak mentioned that he is currently focused on his album release and concerts, stating he has no marriage plans.
Young-tak mentioned his ideal types as Anne Hathaway and Julia Roberts. He said, "I like someone whose smile is refreshing. A personality that is clear and straightforward is also good." Young-tak added, "I don't like to expend emotional energy unnecessarily. If it's my fault, I apologize right away. If it's the other person's fault, I do a fact check," which drew laughter.
Jun Hyun-moo asked, "On Saturday, what would you choose between a date with your partner and watching a soccer match?" because Young-tak is rumored to be a soccer fan. Young-tak initially said, "I would watch soccer while on a date," then quickly added, "But you can watch soccer on replay," which made everyone burst into laughter.
