Korea's longest-running entertainment program, "National Singing Contest," is broadcasting the "Gyeonggi Province Anyang City" episode, featuring Han Hye-jin and Kang Moon-kyung, who surprise with a duet performance, showcasing their warm senior-junior chemistry.
KBS 1TV "National Singing Contest" has been the original nationwide participatory audition program that has been consistently airing every Sunday for 45 years, making it Korea's top entertainment program. The previous 2124th broadcast recorded a nationwide rating of 6.6%, maintaining its position as the leader in viewership during its slot, reaffirming the program's prestige as the people's favorite.
The 2125th episode, airing on the 20th (Sunday), will feature 16 teams that advanced to the finals, showcasing a delightful festival at the Anyang Indoor Gymnasium. Alongside this, special performances by invited singers with a strong lineup will provide a rich array of entertainment.
First, trot sensation Park Ji-hyun will dazzle with a spectacular opening performance of "We Will Make It," followed by next-generation trot star Kang Moon-kyung who will sing "Addition and Multiplication" to heighten the festival's excitement. Additionally, Miss Kim's "Doable Guy," Namsan's "Lovestruck," and Han Hye-jin's "When You Turn Around" are set to captivatingly attract the viewers' attention.
