The 'content accelerator' PRISMFILTER has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Seoul Institute of the Arts.
PRISMFILTER will take the lead in program operations for the Song Camp, co-producing content, developing next-generation technologies, and discovering new artists through this joint educational course project with Seoul Arts University. It aims to provide opportunities linked to the field for Seoul Arts University students and contribute to nurturing talent in the entertainment industry.
PRISMFILTER, launched in 2016, is a leading domestic music publishing company that has taken the lead in trends in the entertainment industry, including music production for top K-pop artists such as SEVENTEEN, (G)I-DLE, TWS, and BOYNEXTDOOR, as well as management and artist development, establishing itself as a 'content accelerator.'
In particular, PRISMFILTER has demonstrated its excellent capabilities by leading the all-around success of the girl band QWER recently. PRISMFILTER has produced a series of mega hits including QWER's 'Addicted to Worry,' which ranked first in the top songs selected by YouTube in South Korea for 2024, (G)I-DLE's 'I Absolutely Hate Being Hurt,' and TWS's 'First Meetings Don't Go as Planned.'
PRISMFILTER CEO Lee Gi-yong noted, "I want to create various projects with the talented and passionate students of Seoul Arts University. Reducing the entry barriers to the content industry and providing practical debut opportunities are the key points of this collaboration. The goal is to grow into a good partner with Seoul Arts University through fresh and creative attempts."
