In the published photoshoot for 'Singles,' Shin Hyun-ji displayed a variety of 2025 F/W outfits, from a simple look pairing a white sleeveless top with an oversized family bomber jacket to a playful image with an argyle knit and mini shorts skirt.
In a subsequent interview, Shin Hyun-ji reflected deeply on her inner growth and career, marking her 13th year since debut.
She, who gained recognition through 'Challenge! Supermodel Korea,' revealed, "It was a big challenge for me, who was a quiet and passive child, to stand in front of the camera." However, through intense practice and self-suggestion, she became established as a 'model of effort,' and her efforts culminated in her finally being able to stand on the global stage of the Prada show, stating that that moment felt like "the beginning of my era."
Regarding the title of 'the first Asian model,' she said, "Rather than being crushed by that weight, I walked at my own rhythm. The secret to working for a long time is to return to the center rather than attaching excessive meaning to it."
Additionally, Shin Hyun-ji, who stated that fashion is not just a job but an art, said, "I gain inspiration through various senses like books, movies, music, exhibitions, and travel," adding, "As Steve Jobs said, every point can lead to consolidation. The points connected this way have made me who I am now."
At the end of the interview, Shin Hyun-ji conveyed, "I have lived as if flowing, but there were definitely challenges and strong dams in that flow, and I want to continue moving forward with the power of positivity, taking responsibility for the work I choose."
