Singer Won-hyuk made a good choice by marrying the daughter of Lee Yong-sik.
On the 16th, at the Sarangui Yeolmae Hall in Jung-gu, Seoul, the Ulsan ambassador appointment ceremony for the Sarangui Yeolmae Community Chest of Korea (Chairman Kim Byeong-jun) was held. Won-hyuk was joined by Secretary-General Hwang In-sik, head of the Public Relations Media Division Shim Jeong-mi, and Ulsan Sarangui Yeolmae Secretary-General Yang Ho-young, among others.
This appointment was motivated by Lee Yong-sik, Won-hyuk's father-in-law, who hosted the local broadcast 'Ulsan Era' program. Through this, Lee Yong-sik formed a connection with Ulsan and was appointed as the promotional ambassador for Ulsan Sarangui Yeolmae in February. Won-hyuk has now taken over the baton to serve as an ambassador.
Won-hyuk is expected to participate in various social contribution activities, including sharing campaigns and donation activation events in the Ulsan area.
Singer Won-hyuk noted, "I am happy to be able to give back the love I have received so far," adding, "I want to share the value of warm sharing with many people in the future."
Secretary-General Hwang In-sik of Sarangui Yeolmae said, "I expect that Won-hyuk's positive influence, which has communicated with the public through warm music, will be a great strength to the Ulsan community," and asked for much interest and support for his future activities.
Meanwhile, Won-hyuk rose to fame after debuting in musical productions in 2009 and reaching the TOP 73 in the TV CHOSUN 'Mr. Trot 2' program. He later married Lee Soo-min, the daughter of Lee Yong-sik.
