Actress the late Choi Jin-sil's daughter Choi Jun-hee has come forward to clarify concerns about her health.
On the 16th, Choi Jun-hee posted on her social account, "People are worried and telling me to stop taking supplements after seeing me lose weight continuously, but I'm really okay. If I gain weight, the only thing that hurts is my pelvis.. I eat and drink very well."
Choi Jun-hee, who once gained weight to 96 kg due to battling lupus, has recently lost 41 kg through her diet and exercise, attracting attention.
However, with a height of 170 cm, a weight of 41 kg qualifies as seriously underweight. As a result, many people have expressed concern about Choi Jun-hee's extreme dieting, and she has dismissed those worries by stating that she is okay.
She continued, "If I don't manage my weight, I gain it back right away, you know? After coming back from a trip in winter, my colleagues at work said I looked good. Uh.. I don't want to look good."
Additionally, she compared a picture of herself taken last year with a recent photo, stating, "Compared to last year, I might have lost more weight, but not less! I'm scraping body fat off. If I have thick thighs, I know it makes me look bigger, right? I'm also working on my arm fat."
Meanwhile, Choi Jun-hee revealed that during her lupus treatment last August, she took 24 steroid pills and received high doses of injections, and that she was diagnosed with stage 3 pelvic necrosis as a complication of rheumatoid arthritis, which drew sympathy.
