Broadcaster Park Saemi visited a plastic surgeon while contemplating a re-surgery.

On this day, Park Saemi shared various concerns about her appearance, including her eyes, nose, and contour, while visiting two plastic surgery clinics in turn.
At the first hospital, Park Saemi said, 'About 20 years ago, I underwent surgery for double eyelids and ptosis.' She added, 'At that time, the double eyelid tape and glue stretched my skin, so I had no choice but to have the surgery during my middle school years.'
Regarding her nose surgery, she expressed dissatisfaction, saying, 'What would it have looked like before surgery? My nostrils are too visible.' She even confessed, 'There was a bad smell coming from my nose, and I thought someone had feces. I tried to get rid of the smell for a month, but it turned out to be the support.'
While sharing her concerns about her appearance, she noted, 'There are so many people who love this face. I'm worried that if I suddenly become too beautiful, it might feel alien to others,' expressing her wish that the image change after surgery would be minimized.
The plastic surgeon who later appeared said, 'The tip of your nose is slightly upturned. It's not contracted, but there is a possibility of that happening.' He advised, 'If you lower the height of the nasal silicone and start point, it can alleviate the impression of crowded eyes to some extent.' After seeing the virtual plastic surgery simulation, Park Saemi expressed satisfaction, saying, 'It looks much fresher and younger. It's the natural change I wanted.'
At the second hospital, she proceeded with consultations for her cheeks and jaw in addition to her eyes and nose. The Deputy Minister explained, 'If we include cheek, square jaw, and chin reduction surgery, it will be expected to cost around 15 million won to 20 million won.' Park Saemi joked, 'It's already a face that has cost nearly 10 million won.'
After completing all the consultations, Park Saemi said, 'Hearing about the concerns firsthand made me feel a bit relieved. It wasn't 'do it,' but rather 'improve only the areas you want,' which felt comfortable.' She emphasized, 'I'm not promoting plastic surgery; surgery should be done with caution.'
