NCT member Doyoung (affiliated with SME) successfully concluded a solo concert in Yokohama, Japan, attracting 20,000 spectators.
Doyoung held his second Asia tour '2025 DOYOUNG CONCERT [ Doors ]' at Yokohama Pia Arena MM on 12th and 13th, and over the two days, it was sold out, confirming his powerful influence in Japan beyond Korea.
During this performance, Doyoung captivated the audience with his exceptional vocal ability and emotion, performing songs from his second album 'Soar', including 'Hello, Universe (Memory)', 'Deep Sleep (Wake From The Dark)', 'Sand Box', 'Still', as well as tracks from his first solo album 'YOUTH' such as 'Little Light', 'From Little Wave', and 'Beginning'.
Moreover, on stages for 'Dallas Love Field', 'As Radiant As the Light You Shine Down Like a Pouring Wind (Be My Light)', and 'Time Machine', the fans' chanting blended beautifully with Doyoung's warm voice, adding to the emotional atmosphere. On the 'First Step' stage, Doyoung rode a bicycle, approaching fans in the 2nd and 3rd floors, making eye contact and conveying his sincerity, creating heartwarming moments that further warmed the concert venue.
As the performance concluded, Doyoung shared, 'The verdant wave of Ciznies (fandom nickname) unfolding before my eyes was truly beautiful, and I was genuinely moved. Your support resonated deeply, allowing me to sing with all my heart. This was another moment where I realized the reason I sing is because of you. I am always grateful, and I will always be here as Doyoung who sings beside you.'
Earlier, Doyoung topped the Oricon weekly overseas album ranking with his second album 'Soar' released on June 9 and achieved first place on Japan's local platform AWA real-time chart, showcasing his hot popularity locally as he filled Yokohama Pia Arena MM.
Doyoung will continue the momentum of his second Asia tour in Singapore at The Star Theatre on the 16th.
