Kara's Park Gyuri has been selected as a witness in the fraud trial of her ex-boyfriend, Song Jaho.
According to a report from a media outlet on the 15th, Park Gyuri has been selected as a witness in the fraud case against Song Jaho, the representative of Pikaproject, which will be heard on the 16th by the 12th Criminal Division of the Seoul Southern District Court.
If Park Gyuri appears as a witness at the hearing that day, the witness examination will be conducted in private; however, her agency commented through OSEN regarding her court appearance on the 16th that it is 'difficult to confirm.'
Song Jaho is the eldest grandson of former Dongwon Construction Chairman Song Seung-heon and a third-generation chaebol in Korea. Born in 2000, he is 12 years younger than Park Gyuri, born in 1988, and they first became public as a couple when they were embroiled in dating rumors in October 2019.
Later, in July 2021, Song Jaho was embroiled in controversy after being caught driving under the influence, and ultimately the two broke up.
However, in 2023, after Song Jaho was arrested on charges of violating special law related to cryptocurrency, Park Gyuri was also affected. Despite being in a state of separation, Park Gyuri, who had worked as a curator and chief public relations officer at Song Jaho's company during their relationship, will be called in for questioning regarding the incident.
After the witness investigation at that time, Park Gyuri expressed her distress, saying, 'It's been so long since we broke up... Everyone is tired of it. When can I get out of this?'
