Luna, a singer and musical actress from the group f(x), recalled a difficult time due to health issues.
On the 15th, KBS 1TV's 'Morning Forum' featured Choi Jung-won and Luna sharing their stories.
That day, Luna opened up: "In fact, I was very ill for a long time. I had a period of illness from the age of 25 to 30, so I could hardly meet anyone. It was just a cycle of breathing, waking up, working, and resting at home."
Luna shared, "At that time, my mother and older sister accompanied me on all schedules. I couldn't be alone, so they helped take care of me. I really contemplated giving up my career as an idol, singer, and musical actress, saying, 'It doesn't seem like my path,' and 'I don't think I deserve to do this anymore.'"
"Then my mother said, 'No matter when, you will always have a place to return to, so what if you fail, or what if you are lacking?' She encouraged me to try whatever I wanted, and she thought it would be good to experience giving up at that time. Thanks to that, I was able to overcome five years of painful times and rise again healthily."
