Son Bo-seung has challenged himself to diet.
On the 14th episode of TV CHOSUN's 'Lovers of Joseon,' Son Bo-seung, the son of Lee Kyung-sil, was depicted attempting boxing and dieting.
Son Bo-seung mentioned the 'diet' promise he couldn't keep with Lee Kyung-sil before his military enlistment. Lee Kyung-sil talked about her promise with Son Bo-seung, saying, 'Three years ago, when Bo-seung accepted the premarital pregnancy, the condition was to lose weight. 'Now that you are a parent, you must take responsibility. You need to be a healthy dad. Mom will take you back, so first, lose weight.'
Despite the promise with Lee Kyung-sil, Son Bo-seung could not noticeably lose weight over the past three years. Son Bo-seung stated, 'I started boxing last July. I even did it after my part-time driving job. I worked hard and kept at it consistently.'
However, unaware of this fact, Lee Kyung-sil kept stressing, 'You look fat on screen. There's no need to be this fat.' Son Bo-seung found it difficult to freely mention that he had started boxing. He explained, 'It was a promise to lose weight, not just to exercise, so I didn't say anything.'
