Goodman made a stunning appearance at an official event following a weight loss of 90 kg.
Goodman attended the animated film Smurf screening held in Los Angeles, U.S., this past weekend (local time). He walked the red carpet in a stylish ensemble featuring a navy suit, a dark gray patterned tie, and brown loafers.
He captured the attention of fans and reporters with a sharp jawline and a healthier physique that was unrecognizable compared to his past appearance.
He decided to lose weight and quit drinking starting in 2007, and he has since lost over 200 pounds (approximately 90 kg) through a Mediterranean diet and regular exercise. Goodman has maintained his health by walking between 10,000 and 12,000 steps a day and doing elliptical bike workouts.
In a recent interview, he noted, "I am no longer at the age to just sit still. I have slowly reduced my weight in a sustainable way for life, and now I have to face myself in the mirror every day."
Meanwhile, he voiced a character alongside Rihanna in the new Smurf movie. Goodman plays Papa Smurf, while Rihanna voices Smurfette; the film is set to be released in North America on the 18th.
Goodman is also filming a new action movie with Tom Cruise and continues to be active following his recovery from an injury.
