KBS 2TV's new weekend drama "The Glamorous Days" (directed by Kim Hyung-seok, written by So Hyun-kyeong, produced by Studio Coming Soon, Studio Spring, Monster Union) is "a family melodrama that resonates across generations about glamorous days that everyone experiences, whether now, in the past, or in the future, each with different meaning.
As expectations rise for the collaboration of top actors and production staff, the team behind "The Glamorous Days" revealed stills of Jung Il-woo (playing Lee Ji-hyuk) on the 14th (today), portraying a family that will tell a turbulent story, gathering interest from potential viewers.
◆ Generational conflict, the father-son duo at the center
In the drama, Jung Il-woo and Cheon Ho-jin take on the roles of father and son, Lee Ji-hyuk and Lee Sang-cheol, respectively, illustrating realistic conflicts stemming from clashing values. Ji-hyuk, who was a staunch advocate of remaining single, unexpectedly makes a choice that deepens the conflict with his father, Sang-cheol. The two, who have always held differing views, experience an emotional explosion that results in significant fractures in their relationship.
