On the 20th day of the North American tour, on the day of the Boston performance, Hwasa stepped outside with a stern expression. It turned out that her throat condition was not good. Hwasa said, "This was the most threatening since the tour began. That day. I really felt like I was going to catch a cold. I was very worried. I was concerned about my condition and physical strength. That worry was the biggest."
Park Se-ri noted, "Since we're at the end of the tour, fatigue is piling up," and Hwasa said, "It was freezing in New York."
Entering the performance venue in such a poor condition, Hwasa limited her words while greeting the staff before starting the rehearsal. It was evident to anyone that her voice was hoarse. After finishing the rehearsal, Hwasa barely had any appetite due to her worries.

Park Se-ri responded, "There are many athletes. Usually, they endure it. They think it's not a big deal and continue to compete while enduring it. They tape it temporarily and just manage to get by because they have to, and that's the hardest part," empathizing with Hwasa's fighting spirit despite her injury.

Hwasa also revealed, "Since the cheering was so loud, I turned the in-ear volume to the maximum. Even so, I couldn't hear. If you turn it up too high, it causes tinnitus and injures your eardrum. I turned it up to the maximum because I couldn't hear, but the in-ear broke," shocking everyone.
