BLACKPINK collaborates with representative sports teams in the Americas to launch special collaboration merchandise.
According to YG Entertainment on the 13th, BLACKPINK released the 'BLACKPINK IN YOUR AREA' limited edition league collection in partnership with Complex, Fanatic, Mitchell & Ness, and various regional sports teams in the Americas.
This collection was created through collaboration with the sports teams of the cities hosting BLACKPINK's world tour 'DEADLINE'. Uniforms, as well as t-shirts, hoodies, and caps from each team, were launched as limited edition BLACKPINK items with casual yet stylish artwork, enhancing their collectible value.
It has already become a hot topic among global fans. Online sales began on the 8th (local time), receiving a positive response, and in 'DEADLINE' tour locations such as Los Angeles and New York, a standalone pop-up store will open, welcoming local fans for three days starting on the 11th and 25th, respectively.
The collaboration lineup includes various popular teams such as the Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Lakers from Major League Baseball (MLB) and the Chicago Bulls, Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, New York Knicks, and New York Mets from the National Basketball Association (NBA).
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK held a performance on the 5th and 6th at the Goyang Sports Complex.
