In "Heart on Wheels," Jung siblings and DinDin threw themselves in for the children.
On the 11th, in the KBS 2TV program "Heart on Wheels" (hereafter "Haojeong"), the Jung siblings (Lee Min-jung, Boom, Ahn Jae-hyun, Kim Jung-hyun, and Kim Jae-won) visited a small rural school after receiving a special request for Heart on Wheels. To this end, a customized guest, master of ceremonies DinDin, was deployed. Thanks to the Jung siblings and DinDin, it was a happy time for the children and viewers in front of the TV.
On that day, the Jung siblings received a Heart on Wheels request from the principal of Anmi Elementary School in Pyeongchang, Gangwon Province, asking them to "please give the children an unforgettable memory." This was a small rural school attended by 28 students, including kindergarteners. Most parents were engaged in agriculture, making them busy even on weekends. In response, the Jung siblings and DinDin headed to the school where the children were waiting.
While on the move, the Jung siblings and DinDin reminisced about their childhoods. Each recalled fun games like dodgeball, kickball, and basketball, and Lee Min-jung attracted attention by confessing, "I used to go around to cut rubber bands instead of playing with them." She continued, "As a mother of an elementary school student, I have to think about how to keep my (mental) composure," sharing tips on how to get along well with children from her 10 years of experience as a mother.
Finally arriving at the school, the 28 adorable children welcomed the Jung siblings and DinDin with bright smiles and applause. It was particularly surprising when the children called out Kim Jae-won's name, as it turned out there was a namesake among popular YouTubers loved by elementary school students. Kim Jae-won, who momentarily enjoyed the thrill of fame, lowered his head.
Then, the Jung siblings and DinDin became substitute teachers for the day. 'Animal' Kim Jung-hyun taught the children self-defense through physical education class. He attempted to roll backward but failed, and during a falling practice, he landed with a thud on the ground. Amid unexpected physical comedy, Kim Jung-hyun, who said, "It doesn't hurt while we're filming," soon complained to Ahn Jae-hyun about the pain, bringing laughter.
Ahn Jae-hyun and Kim Jae-won showcased their talents by transforming the classroom into a runway in an instant. Following the impressive moments, Boom prepared a quiz for the children. Thanks to Boom's wit, the kids laughed non-stop. In particular, they humiliated DinDin's recognition by quizzing him after hearing a line from his song.
They also split into teams for a mini sports day, igniting a competitive spirit that led to roaring laughter among both kids and adults. Lee Min-jung caused a chuckle while playing with DinDin due to a foul. In response, DinDin exclaimed, "No way, this mother!" which tickled the children's funny bones. The highlight of the relay race during the sports day featured Lee Min-jung and DinDin, the last runners of their respective teams, riding unicycles, adding unexpected suspense as they even called for video review.
Meanwhile, on that day, cute love stories among the children emerged. When asked if her son had a girlfriend, Lee Min-jung shook her head and said, "No." She further added, "He seems to be quite slow in that aspect. Right now, he has no interest." Lee Min-jung spent the whole day caring for the children better than anyone else and understood their feelings, revealing that it was possible because she is a mother.
The Jung siblings and DinDin threw themselves into play and listened to the children's stories. They provided the children with unforgettable memories through Heart on Wheels and received warm feelings from witnessing the pure children. 'Haojeong' perfectly upheld its intent of exchanging affection and showcased the true essence of 'wholesome entertainment.' KBS 2TV's "Heart on Wheels" airs every Friday night at 10 p.m.
