On this day, Yui, Geum Saerok, Park Juhyun, and Seol Ina began their first boxing training with reverse climbing exercises on the ski jump. Yui, Geum Saerok, Park Juhyun, and Seol Ina finished the flat 100 meters and entered the slope section. Due to the incline, it was not easy to jump. All four lost their words as they ascended the ski jump. As the slope steepened, Yui, Geum Saerok, and Park Juhyun all began to crawl.
However, Seol Ina began crawling after climbing for a while, gradually advancing to first place. Seol Ina said, "This is really crazy. Is this correct?" Yui and Geum Saerok also showed their unyielding stamina as they ascended higher. However, Geum Saerok looked back and was frightened by the height but quickly rose again bravely.
Seol Ina said, "I thought something was chasing me from behind. I thought if I looked back, I would die," as she passed the first slope section.
However, the next phase featured a second incline with a maximum slope of 38 degrees. Yui followed closely behind Seol Ina. It was almost a sheer cliff section. Seol Ina said, "I have to endure this. I have to climb," as she began to walk up the cliff but soon exclaimed, "I can't endure this," and sat down, starting to crawl, surprising those around her.

Seol Ina finally succeeded in completing the reverse climb of the 400 meters on the ski jump in 10 minutes and 40 seconds. Following her, Yui also completed it in 11 minutes and 17 seconds. Next, Geum Saerok succeeded in the climb, and Park Juhyun also persevered through calf pain and completed it, receiving applause.
