Actor Yoo-jin and Ki Tae-young announced that they believe one should 'break up' during a phase of boredom in relationships.
On the 9th, a video titled 'The lovebirds shouted, "We should get divorced!" spicy stories (T&F couples' counseling)' was posted on the YouTube channel 'Yoo-jin VS Tae-young.'
During the counseling session, the story titled 'Should we wait for our phase of boredom?' was revealed. The story content indicated that the boyfriend, whom the individual had been dating for about a year, was experiencing boredom. In response, the individual expressed concern, saying, "Should I wait this period out? Should I let go?"
Upon hearing this, Yoo-jin firmly said, "Break up." Ki Tae-young responded, "Oh, I was worried I might fall into a slump," indicating agreement with Yoo-jin's statement.
Yoo-jin and Ki Tae-young stated, "If you've only been dating for a year and feel a phase of boredom, then that's not acceptable," and "Waiting around won't solve anything."
Yoo-jin continued, "If that kind of atmosphere happens after marriage and having kids, then," and Ki Tae-young added, "That would still be a problem." Yoo-jin then revealed, "I would have suffered a lot if it came at that time."
Taken aback, Ki Tae-young exclaimed, "No, that's completely wrong. What do you mean by that?" and pleaded, "Don't I feel love? Aren't I deeply feeling it?"
Yoo-jin explained, "His expressions have significantly decreased, and his behaviors and tone have definitely changed. He has changed compared to when we were dating." However, she added, "But if he were to behave as he did while we were dating, that would be abnormal. I mentioned before that it's my fault for expecting the energy of our dating days. That's natural."
She emphasized, "It's inevitable. So at this point (15 years into marriage), it's still normal." However, Ki Tae-young countered, "We're not even at that level yet," eliciting laughter. The two then unanimously advised, "Break up and meet someone better."
