Magic Strawberry Sound continues its exceptional collaboration with Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform.
Magic Strawberry Sound will hold a curated performance, 'MEETING ROOM 002: DABDA, Door Plant,' on the 26th at the Sevo Art and Cultural Space in Mapo-gu, Seoul.
'MEETING ROOM' is a performance curated by Magic Strawberry Sound, with Spotify as a partner. Similar to a meeting room where several people gather to share ideas, this series of performances brings together various artists and audiences from home and abroad to create new stories together.
On May 31st, the series performance 'MEETING ROOM 001: Samyu, Jiyunhae, Enfants,' which heralded the first start of the series, was successfully held amid positive reviews as a new initiative by Magic Strawberry Sound, with tickets selling out immediately upon opening.
In particular, the second performance of 'MEETING ROOM' features the Korean band 'DABDA,' which deeply resonates with the youth of the world beyond the genre of mass rock, and the Bangkok-born, sensuous alternative indie pop band 'Door Plant,' which offers comfort with guitar pop sounds.
Magic Strawberry Sound plans to hold a series of performances once a month, curated with both domestic and international artists in the future, and will strive for mutual exchange and expansion among artists throughout Asia. Spotify will also produce an official playlist composed of the best songs by artists participating in 'MEETING ROOM' and plans to release interview videos through the Spotify podcast.
Meanwhile, tickets for the curated performance 'MEETING ROOM 002: DABDA, Door Plant' by Magic Strawberry Sound will be available for reservation starting today (10th) at 8 p.m. through Melon Ticket.
