The couple, television personalities O Sang-jin and Kim So-young, have recently generated buzz after realizing a profit of approximately 7 billion won from the sale of a building, in addition to leaving their Han River-view APT.
According to a report on the 10th, the couple sold a building in Hannam-dong, Yongsan District, Seoul, for 9.6 billion won, which they jointly purchased with an individual surnamed A in 2017. The purchase price was 2.3 billion won, leaving a capital gain of about 7 billion won. The equity listed in the registration certificate confirms that individual A owns 2 shares, while O Sang-jin and Kim So-young each own 1 share.
The building is located near the high-end commercial district of UN Village in Hannam-dong, built in 2020, consisting of 1 basement level and 5 above-ground floors, currently housing a restaurant. O Sang-jin's side has not issued a separate position regarding the transaction.
In the meantime, Kim So-young recently announced her move through her social media. On the 29th, she said, "After finishing the move and organizing over the weekend, I'm a bit tired now sitting in front of my laptop," sharing her busy new life. She added, "I didn't remodel, but there were many things to take care of," indicating her active participation in the move.
Earlier, on the 26th, she shared a photo of the view from the APT., saying, "This view is the last, goodbye...," capturing the last moments before the move, which drew attention.
