Koyote group member Shin Ji has confirmed all the accusations surrounding her fiancé, Moon Won. In this regard, she spoke directly and asked for support.
On the 8th, Shin Ji opened up regarding her fiancé Moon Won, saying through her personal account, "I feel heavy in my heart as I seem to have caused you fatigue due to my recent wedding news," and added, "On the other hand, I sincerely thank you for reminding me once again that I am receiving tremendous love from you."
Earlier, on the 2nd, Shin Ji arranged a meeting between her fiancé Moon Won and the male members of Koyote. During this time, Moon Won confessed that he had been married before and has a daughter. Kim Jong Min and Baekga appeared shocked by this surprising revelation but soon showed their support and encouragement for the couple.
However, the public's reaction was completely different. Criticizing Moon Won's attitude, opposition to the marriage began. With ongoing suspicions about Moon Won, curiosity about the truth also grew. One fan commented to Shin Ji, "I'm a fan, noona. You really need to see a good man and make sound judgments. Dating and marriage are different. Anyway, I respect your judgment and hope you are blessed and go down a good path," to which Shin Ji replied, "Thank you," expressing that she is somewhat aware of the repercussions after the video was released.
Nonetheless, among the numerous accusations that started from the public's comments, including real estate fraud, infidelity, divorce fault, school violence, and military abuse, it was confirmed that Moon Won did not engage in any illegal activities or acts of harassment. Shin Ji revealed through an official press release that she directly confirmed all the allegations with her agency and that there were no such acts.
Shin Ji said, "I apologize for taking so long to clarify my position, as I needed time to verify the facts regarding various allegations," and added, "I have confirmed with your agency that all the concerns and allegations you raised are false."
She further stated, "I fully understand the concerns and comments you have sent. I will think and pay more attention. I sincerely appreciate your patience as you observe what happens next over time."
Shin Ji publicly reiterated that there is no breakup with Moon Won. Her agency also released a statement on the same day, saying, "We have long observed Moon Won's attitude toward Shin Ji. The two are in love and support each other as any couple would. Thus, when we first heard the news of Shin Ji planning to marry, we sincerely congratulated her more than anyone else."
They added, "Moon Won acknowledged his shortcomings and promised to address the issues you pointed out. Shin Ji also expressed that she feels a greater sense of responsibility through this incident and will carefully consider your words, returning faith and love. Please give us sufficient time and watch over us with warm eyes."
