The group 'Cool' Lee Jae-hoon successfully completed an encore concert.
Lee Jae-hoon held 'Encore with Lee Jae-hoon' at KBS Arena in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, on the 5th. As the finale of the national tour 'The Lee Jae-hoon,' a total of 3,000 seats sold out quickly, demonstrating the excitement. Lee Jae-hoon passionately sang live for about three hours, filling the stage alone without any guests.
Lee Jae-hoon lost 10 kg in just three weeks for the national tour. With visuals reminiscent of his prime, his powerful singing voice and live performance skills remained as impressive as ever. He shared updates about the other members of Cool and displayed his witty commentary. During the show, he engaged with the audience by taking song requests and singing them on stage.
Earlier, Lee Jae-hoon appeared on the web entertainment show 'Sung Si-kyung's Going to Eat' and explained, "I have been eating only one meal a day for exactly four months." Coyote's Shinji expressed her affection by revealing Lee Jae-hoon's recent situation after meeting him at Kim Jong-min's wedding, saying, "Lee Jae-hoon, the human heater who lost weight during the national tour concert!"
Lee Jae-hoon offered a nostalgic journey in celebration of his 31st debut anniversary. Popular songs from Cool, such as 'Aesang,' 'Aloha,' and 'Before I Start to Feel Sad,' were sung in unison with the audience, while during the performance of 'The Woman of the Beach,' he jumped with the audience to beat the heat. His solo songs 'I Love You' and 'How Are You?' also touched the hearts of many. Reactions such as "It's a legendary performance," "The music is exciting, but I don't know why tears are falling," and "Please release the new song quickly" poured in.
The national tour is expected to conclude with the concert in Jeju. The final performance is scheduled for the 19th at 5 p.m. at the Jeju Shinhwa World Landing Convention Center, and it has already sold out early. Initially, Jeju was not a scheduled location for the national tour, but it was added due to overwhelming requests from fans. This has significant meaning as it fulfills Lee Jae-hoon's wish as a resident of Jeju.
This national tour is the first in nine years since the first solo concert in 2016. Starting in March from Daegu, the tour moved through Busan, Daejeon, Seoul, Changwon, Jeonju, Chuncheon, Goyang, Yongin, Suwon, Cheonan, Gwangju, Ansan, and Jeju Island, selling out in a total of 14 cities.
