Singer-songwriter Lee Seung-yoon has truly gone on a rampage.
Lee Seung-yoon held a club gig titled '2025 LEE SEUNG YOON CLUB GIG 'POKZOOTIME'' (hereafter 'POKZOOTIME') at the YES24 Wonder Rook Hall in Seoul on the 5th and 6th.
'POKZOOTIME' is the first club concert of the year that Lee Seung-yoon conducted solo to express his gratitude towards fans, featuring free admission and voluntary exit. It was an unstructured performance with no defined running time or setlist, where Lee Seung-yoon poured all his energy over two days, transitioning between full band sessions and solo, acoustic parts, performing 86 songs.
The total performance time reached approximately 9 hours and 20 minutes, with the first day's concert being broadcast live across 7 CGV theaters nationwide. The live broadcast, which included sound that seemed to convey the intensity of the venue and even used drones, featured Lee Seung-yoon attempting real-time song requests from the audience, providing a more vivid sense of presence and immersion.
To celebrate the 1st anniversary of the pre-release album 'Yeokseong' from his 3rd regular album, Lee Seung-yoon followed up by performing all the included tracks live, and he heated up the atmosphere with unpredictable song choices, including acoustic renditions of existing hit songs. In a free-spirited atmosphere, Lee Seung-yoon led the audience in group singing, allowing them to truly experience the essence of a live performance. On the second day of the concert, singer-songwriter Jeon Yoo-dong joined as a guest.
In particular, Lee Seung-yoon raced through an exhaustive lineup of his representative songs, delivering the pinnacle of band sound. His unique performance, a blend of powerful energy and delightful spontaneity, captivated all audiences in both the venue and theaters. Lee Seung-yoon even prepared a snack corner, showcasing an unusual sight by cooking and eating ramen on stage. Additionally, he created a fun atmosphere by incorporating VCRs he filmed himself into the stage.
Having successfully concluded the club gig, Lee Seung-yoon is set to make a broad impact at major domestic and international festivals. He is scheduled to deliver overwhelming performances as a 'powerhouse' at 'Colours of Ostrava 2025' on July 19, JUMF 2025 Jeonju Ultimate Music Festival on August 16, and '2025 Busan International Rock Festival' on September 28.
